How to uninstall OOo4kids ?

On a machine with Windows XP / Vista / 7?

Use the module Programs and ??? in the Control Panel.

If you want to delete all your settings and perform a clean install:

• Allow the display of hidden files and folders via the "Tools" menu - "Folder Options" from Windows Explorer
• Erase the traces in these directories, all elements that contain the name of the application and delete them
  • UnderWindows XP files will then visit the following:
    • C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data
      
    • C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Local Settings \ Application Data
      
    • C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Local Settings \ Apps
      
    • C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \
  • Under Windows Vista / 7, things are very similar, only the folder names are different. Directories to be analyzed are the following:
    • C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local
      
    • C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ LocalLow
      
    • C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming
      
    • C: \ Users \ All Users
• Finish by emptying the trash.

On a machine running Mac OSX?

Drag the program icon from the Applications folder to the trash.

However, one or more files with settings may remain on the computer. To remove them, do a Spotlight search in the name of the software, and throw the files in question.

If you want to delete all your settings and redo a clean install:

• Put in the trash folder: Hard drive> Users> User Name> Library> Application Support> OOo4kids
• Finish by emptying the trash.

On a machine running Debian / Ubuntu?

• Run theTerminal (menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal)
• enter the following command: sudo apt-get remove - purge OOo4Kids-core01</ font>
