Level beginner

The toolbar of the level beginner contains 16 functions:

Icon	Description	Keyboard shortcut
	Open or import a file.
	Save the active document.
	Export the active document to PDF. No dialog box with options will be displayed.
	Indicates whether the Styles and Formatting window, which allows you to assign and organize the styles, should be shown or hidden.
	Choose a font from the drop-down list.
	Choose from several font sizes in the list or manually enter a size.
	Removes and copies the selection to the clipboard.
	Copy the selected text to the clipboard.
	Inserts the contents of the clipboard at the cursor location and replaces the text or selected objects if any. To select the format, click the arrow next to the icon!
	Reverses the last command or user input. To select the command you want to reverse, click the arrow next to the Undo icon in the Standard toolbar.
	Adds one decimal to the numbers in the selected cells.
	Removes one decimal from the numbers in the selected cells.
	Sort the selection in ascending order.
	Sort the selection in descending order. Les champs numériques sont triés par taille et les champs de texte par l'ordre des caractères. Vous pouvez définir les règles de tri dans Données - Tri - Options. Vous définissez la règle par défaut dans Outils - Options - Paramètres linguistiques - Langues.
	Creates a diagram in the active document. To use a range of cells as a source of data for the chart, select the cells and then choose this command.
	First, select the text or object, click over the icon. Then click or drag through another text or click an object to apply the same formatting.

Average Level

The "Average Level" toolbar for Calc in OOo4Kids doesn't add any functions.

Expert Level

The toolbar "expert level" of OOo4Kids doesn't add any functions, but it goes from horizontal mode at the top of the screen, to vertical mode on the left of the screen.
