• The template browser should provide as first choice an "empty document" (or two : one in portrait, on in landscape)

Specifications

• The open dialog propose 3 tabs :
  • one for empty document. Just an empty document with the correct size(A4, US letter, ...)
  • one for choosing a template installed in local
  • one for choosing a template on a repository on the web
• The templates could be displayed like in a shelf. They can also be grouped by category on each level of the shelf.
• At bottom (could be elsewhere) we can also put a set of flags to display only template of the selected language
• Each template should display as thumb
• Under each template we should have a little description

Templates requirements

• Must be provided as CC-By-SA licence
• Must containt only OpenSource graphical elements(bitmaps images, vectorials images, pictures, typos...)
