I suggest to replace the radio buttons by an Icon or a graphic with the text below (or on a side).

I think it could be better because :

• It help to understand the choice (if the design is well choosen)
• It's more easy for (young) children to click on a large icon instead of a small radio box
• At least : It "could" be more funny and playful

I will re-read the proposal with more attention as soon as possible and try to provide more feedback, suggestions, ideas if I have. Eric : thanks for this page and the work.
