Reporting a bug

Best practices for reporting a bug

First, be sure to provide as much information as possible of the following items:

• Operation system used, with version and subversion (service pack for example)
• Version of OOo4kids tested
• Hardware information (RAM, Processor, ...)

Next, describe the bug with as many details as possible and the exact way to reproduce it.

You'll probably have to log in and create an account.

=> Mandatory: your password must contain one digit, one upper case, one special character and more than 6 characters in all, to be accepted.

If you cannot succeed submitting a bug, try to contact an OOo4Kids member.
