Additional fonts for kids

Since a while, teachers ask for new fonts shipped with OOo4Kids. We discovered several free fonts, specially intended for children, so, we decided to integrate them soon (starting from milestone 0.9.5).

Ecolier court Lignes

This font uses thick and thin strokes, as when the kids were writing in pen and ink. Ruling on thick and thin strokes Seyes. Short legs (two blank lines).

Andika

Andika is a sans serif, Unicode-compliant font designed especially for literacy use, taking into account the needs of beginning readers. The focus is on clear, easy-to-perceive letter forms that will not be readily confused with one another.
